Do I need to bring my charger?

Yes, if possible. Chargers help confirm if the issue is the device, battery, port or power adapter.

Do you install Windows?

Yes. I can help with Windows installation support, drivers, updates and basic software setup.

Can you recover files?

It depends on the condition of the storage device. Send details first so I can advise honestly.

Do you charge for diagnosis?

Basic diagnostics start from R80. The price is confirmed before deeper repair work starts.

How long does a repair take?

Simple jobs may be quick. Parts, deep diagnostics or complex faults can take longer.

Do I need to buy the parts myself?

Sometimes yes, depending on availability. I can advise which part is needed before you buy.

Do you offer student prices?

Yes. The service is student-run and pricing is kept affordable where possible.

Can you remove viruses?

Yes. I can check for malware, remove suspicious software and help optimize the system.

Do you help with WiFi?

Yes. Router setup, password changes, basic speed checks and connection troubleshooting are available.

How do I book?
